Announcing our 1st Annual SACC Summer Trip!

Dear Friends of Snow and Adventure Club of the Carolinas:

How does cruising and biking the Croatian islands sound? We are planning a trip next September 2024 and would love for you to join us!

First, I must have a commitment deposit of $200.00 per person by September 1, 2023. This deposit IS refundable and will be returned to you by September 30, 2023, ONLY IF we do not meet our minimum number of participants (30 people.) But hopefully that will not be the case and this fabulous trip will be a definite GO!

Trip Details:

• September 5, 2024: depart USA. We will be offering optional group airfare from Charlotte, N.C. to Split, Croatia but cannot confirm until November 2023 due to airline regulations so cost TBD.
• September 6, 2024: first night in hotel in Trugir, Croatia prior to boat departure on September 7.
• September 7-14: Cruise on Katarina Line Premium Superior class with various stops in Croatian Islands along with biking (E-bike rental INCLUDED in price).

• • $2395.00 per person includes:
    • first night in Trogir at Heritage Hotel including dinner and breakfast
    • all motor coach transfers
    • 8 day/7 night charter with crew on Katarina Line Premium Superior in double-occupancy and fully equipped and air-conditioned cabins (private bath/room)
    • visitor’s tax, porterage, daily buffet breakfast and lunch/dinner daily, tour guide, cruise, AND e-bike rental.
    • Free Wi-Fi aboard the ship plus daily maid service.
  • NOT INCLUDED:
    • alcoholic drinks aboard the boat
    • gratuities
    • an occasional lunch or dinner depending upon boat itinerary.  (At least two meals/day are included but it varies whether it is lunch or dinner.)

• We are offering an additional (but OPTIONAL) 4-night post-cruise sightseeing tour of Dubrovnik and Montenegro. Also included is a wine, oyster, prosciutto, and cheese tasting. This will be an additional $795 per person and includes transfers, tour guides, Royal Ariston Hotel (5-star) and daily breakfast. **This additional tour requires at least 20 people, so I need the commitment from you immediately that you are interested in the additional trip. **

To sign up for this trip, please join the Snow and Adventure Club of the Carolinas and then VENMO @skiralph the $200.00 deposit no later than Friday, September 1, 2023.

This will be a great trip and opportunity of a lifetime-let’s make it happen!

This trip is limited to only 36 people to provide a more personal experience for our club. This trip is available now for registration. No spots will be held without a deposit. You MUST be a member of Snow and Adventure Club of the Carolinas to sign up for the trip.
